What You Can Recycle
The SM Green Recycling Machine accepts PET plastic beverage bottles ranging from 500 mL to 2 liters to ensure proper and high‑quality recycling.
Before You Drop Them In
▪ Make sure bottles are empty, clean, and dry. Rinse and dry them first, if needed.
▪ You may leave the hard bottle cap, plastic ring and label attached.
What the Machine Can't Take
These items go to other recycling bins:
- Glass bottles
- Aluminum cans
- Milk teacups
- Straws
- Colored PET bottles
- Plastic cups / food containers
- Crumpled bottles
- Dirty or liquid-filled bottles / contaminated containers
- Hard objects (e.g., toys, metal items, stones, or other solid materials)
